Welcome to Scented Fable
I’m Kathryn, and I have a love of creating hyper-real sculptural wax objects that blur the line between art and illusion. Still life reimagined. Exquisitely crafted (and I hope, irresistibly clever!) each piece is luxuriously made and deliciously deceptive.
Since 2020 I’ve been creating candles that exist to deceive the eyes! I love to ask, can it candle? Most importantly though, each and everyone is made by hand using the finest, natural and safe ingredients. From our custom made molds (that we make or design) to the blend of wax and colours. Every single candle is beautifully unique.

Sun-drenched orchards, baskets of ripe citrus, vegetables lifted fresh from the soil. Familiar shapes, recast as sculpture, each candle molded from the real thing, skin, stem, seed and all.
